Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ Bachelor of commerce/ MBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare, process & Monitor the day-to-day financial transactions such as payment against supplier's invoices, beneficiaries, payroll & other transactions.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly financial statements along with variances.
∎ To check all bills, purchase invoices & vouchers.
∎ To arrange timely preparation of all types of report & yearly audit after finalization of yearly accounts.
∎ To do bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
∎ To monitor Bank Transactions.
∎ To prepare various reports on accounts.
∎ To prepare Cash Flow Statement and Fund Requisition on regular basis
∎ To prepare Budget & Report on budget variance.
∎ To maintain Charts of Accounts in ERP.
∎ To stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software.
∎ Handling the TAX, VAT & Customs duties Issues.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word, power Point), updates accounting software, ERP etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
