Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Bank Book, Follow-up Bank Transaction & prepare Bank Reconciliation,
∎ Keep the track record of all hubs Bank deposited amount and reconcile the deposited amount against particular hub's sales report.
∎ Solving merchant queries regarding billing issues.
∎ Follow-up the receivable collections of corporate clients.
∎ Bank reconciliation (Tally Bank book with month end Bank statements), reconciliation of other ledger accounts in Tally.
∎ Prepare monthly Sales Report, Sales Reconciliation and Sales bills,
∎ Maintain VDS & TDS according to Rules & Regulations
∎ Submission of Withholding TAX Return, Monthly VAT Return, Price Declaration, maintain Mushok-11, Mushok-18
∎ Assist Head of Accounts in Financial Report Preparation,
∎ Candidate should be hard working like young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
