Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep all track of all transactions.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in ERP.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable etc.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Report and submit to the management.
∎ Complete adjustment entries against submitted bills.
∎ Inventory valuation works including import LC costing.
∎ Inventory issue, receive and stock reconciliation work.
∎ Maintain monthly physical inventory audit.
∎ Maintain Documentation & Audit compliance.
∎ Utility costing and analysis, batch costing/CIP to CIP costing,
∎ ABC costing of finished products and overhead allocation.
∎ Actual costing of finished products and overhead allocation.

∎ Age at most 32 years
