∎ B. Com/ M.Com/ BBA/ MBA
∎ CA (CC)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the records of all financial transactions.
∎ Transaction processing, record keeping, review, voucher entry.
∎ Prepare the financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Ensure the auditing of accounts by the external audit firm.
∎ Manage the funds, returns, turnovers, cash and bank accounts.
∎ Prepare the returns for VAT and Taxes.
∎ Keep documentation of highly confidential data/report.
∎ General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining bank transactions
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of various types of Loans and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements
∎ Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer Perform Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare various management reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience in any business organization - in Accounts and Finance area
∎ Experienced in Accounting Software/ERP
∎ Verbal and written communication ability in English and Bangla.
∎ Computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Internet handling with Bangla & English typing.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience.
∎ Understanding of VAT and Income Taxes
∎ Understanding of LC (for Import)
∎ Understanding of Bank Loan.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain discipline.

Salary: Negotiable
