Accounting, Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly receipts & payments vouchers and statements.
∎ Ensure properly and timely record keeping of books of accounts and processing of Bills.
∎ Assist to the procurement and supplier's payment management.
∎ Assist to the maintenance of petty cash, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts (including preparation of all vouchers)
∎ Preparation and maintenance of requisition slips & bills.
∎ Dealing with Bank and other Financial Institution related affairs.
∎ Posting daily income - expenditure to the general ledger.
∎ Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Assist to Prepare Salary sheet.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have primary knowledge on accounting software.
∎ Should display good motivational and communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and provide support to management.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS. Excel.
Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
