Quickbooks
1. Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2. Document financial transactions by entering account information into QuickBooks.
3. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
4. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
5. Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
6. Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
7. Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
8. Daily Operations Management
* Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
* Ensure TeaFirin standards of food quality, service, and hygiene are maintained
9. Team Supervision & Leadership
* Guide, train, and motivate service staff and baristas
* Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance and discipline
* Monitor staff performance and report to management
10. Customer Service
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
* Build positive relationships with regular and new customers
* Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment at all times
11. Inventory & Stock Control
* Monitor daily stock usage of food, beverages, and supplies
* Coordinate with the purchasing team for timely requisitions
* Prevent wastage and ensure proper storage of items
12. Cash & Sales Monitoring
* Supervise billing, POS operations, and cash handling
* Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
* Ensure all transactions follow company policies
13. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
* Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen coordination, and service stations
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
14. Coordination & Reporting
* Act as a communication bridge between staff and management
* Assist in implementing promotions, offers, and marketing activities
* Report operational issues and suggest improvements.
