Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparation of all kinds of C&F Import Bill
- Prepare all kinds of voucher (including Petty cash voucher)
- Preparing & Maintaining of Bank related transactions.
- Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different financial registers.
- Prepare monthly Receipts and Payments Statement.
- Any kind of task assigned by Management time to time.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation
- Make payment of the supplier bill after final approval
- Preparation daily vouchers & post it to software
- Maintain the associates' currents accounts
