Job Responsibilities:
∎ Account Create
∎ Account Management
∎ Data collect & Input
∎ Client Support
∎ Proposal Ready and Submission
∎ Telemarketing
∎ Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control.
∎ Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership
∎ Generate new idea to make the activity more effective
∎ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
∎ Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
∎ Must be self-motivated/challenging and able to achieve the company's sales targets.
∎ Positive attitude with strong negotiation and team management skills.
∎ Develop reporting mechanism to track progress and success of the activities
∎ Measurement collection and align relevant stakeholder regarding deliverable to ensure on time execution.
∎ Execute urgent required event /activation
∎ Track project milestones and deliverables.
∎ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency and Event Management
∎ 1-2 years practical experience in Event Management and Public Relation will be preferable.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): (Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development, Branding, Budgeting, Event/Campaign coordination)
∎ Capable to work under pressure and meet the deadline
∎ Passionate about Event & Activation
∎ Must be a team player
∎ Strong communication skill with positive mind set, willing to travel extensively across the country.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary will be dependent on skill and experience.
