Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the planning and implementation of events/programs/training sessions from conception to completion, with a focus on government projects.
∎ Develop budgets and ensure compliance.
∎ Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and trainers, especially in the context of government contracts.
∎ Oversee the booking of venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers/trainers.
∎ Develop and manage course outlines for training sessions.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the organization, including liaising with government stakeholders.
∎ Manage multiple government projects concurrently, if applicable.
∎ Track event/program/training KPIs and produce detailed reports, including Inception and Completion Reports for each session.
∎ Oversee the design and distribution of promotional material.
∎ Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage and resolve any potential issues that may arise during events/programs/training sessions.
∎ Supervise a team of Event/Program Coordinators, training staff, and other relevant personnel.
∎ Maintain and manage the trainee/attendee database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
∎ Handle communication with participants before, during, and after the event/program/training session.
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
