Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake the Events tasks of the HQ
∎ Plan and supervise the strong market activity plan
∎ Arrange for large-scale programs, such as launch event, first sale events and brand events
∎ Integrate online and offline resources, pay attention to social hotspots, create hot spots for new products in the later hot sales and establish momentum
∎ Reasonably coordinate and plan all event content
∎ Organize colleagues associated with the program to complete program planning and event execution
∎ Verify each program’s performance and data accuracy
∎ Complete monthly job target, operate each part resources; directly promoting the responsibility for Realme explosion market promotion and indirectly promoting responsibility for sales, and directly promoting responsibility for Realme brand promotion
∎ Supervision and follow-up work with program-related personnel, company related department, agency and other company organizations, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Training on marketing & planning
∎ Excellent, with brand insight, sufficient planning experience, excellent communication skills and good judgment
∎ Familiar with designing software operations, team management ability, innovation ability, planning ability and have a certain aesthetic ability
∎ Extrovert, optimistic, daring to take responsibility, good at communication, love learning
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department
∎ Strong communication skills both in English & Bengali
