Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drive the full ERP sales cycle—from lead generation, qualification, product demos, proposal creation, to closing.

  • Understand client business processes across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, Sales, and other domains to position ERP solutions effectively.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to gather client requirements and align them with appropriate ERP modules and solutions.

  • Work closely with the presales and functional teams to prepare customized demos and solution presentations.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, SOWs, pricing structures, and commercial offers.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using CRM tools (Odoo CRM preferred).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, department heads, and key stakeholders across client organizations.

  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and ensure smooth transition of closed deals to delivery teams.

  • Collaborate with marketing, presales, and technical teams to develop sales collateral and strategies.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights to refine product positioning.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as set by management.

  • Represent the company in events, conferences, and client meetings to promote ERP solutions.

  • Perform other duties related to ERP sales, business development, and client engagement as assigned by management.
