Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system
∎ Work with other departments to identify and document business requirements
∎ Provide technical support and training to end-users
∎ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
∎ Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system
∎ Maintain security and confidentiality of information stored in the system
∎ Collaborate with vendors or consultants to evaluate and select new ERP software or upgrades
∎ Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to the use of the system
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of experience in ERP implementation and maintenance
∎ Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
∎ Experience with SQL and database management is a plus
