Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and delivering lessons to students of various abilities and levels, including curriculum development and assessment.
∎ Encouraging student engagement through interactive activities, discussion, and hands-on projects.
∎ Using technology and multimedia resources to enhance student learning and understanding.
∎ Providing individual and small-group tutoring to students who need additional support.
∎ Assessing student performance and providing feedback on areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to develop curriculum and instructional strategies that Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the English language and literature, and incorporating this knowledge into classroom instruction.
∎ Building positive relationships with students and parents, and maintaining an environment that is supportive, inclusive, and respectful.
∎ Providing guidance and support to students on academic and personal issues.
∎ Creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
∎ Participating in professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and meetings.
∎ Planning and supervising field trips, extracurricular activities, and other events related to English education.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
∎ A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to use technology in the classroom to enhance learning.
∎ A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward teaching.
∎ Phonics trained will get added advantage.
∎ Must have a moderate grasp of Mathematics & Science subjects.
∎ Must have MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint skills.
∎ Maintain lesson plans, regular updates sending for revision, and ensure execution in line with Islamic morales.
∎ Preparation of resources, flash cards, props, and other materials.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
