Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Arabic will be an advantage, quran
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Teaching Arabic language and culture to students of various ages and levels of proficiency.
∎ Developing and implementing lesson plans, creating materials, and assessing student progress.
∎ Using technology, multimedia resources, and other teaching aids to enhance learning and engagement.
∎ Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
∎ Staying up to date with current teaching methods, materials, and educational technologies.
∎ Meeting educational standards and requirements for the teaching of Arabic.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and prepare lessons that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
∎ Teach Arabic language and culture, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
∎ Evaluate student performance through assessments and tests, and provide feedback and support to help students improve.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and asking questions.
∎ Create engaging, interactive lessons that keep students motivated and interested in learning.
∎ Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure that students receive a well-rounded education.
∎ Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
∎ Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methods and best practices.
∎ Incorporate technology and multimedia tools into lessons, where appropriate.
∎ Manage classroom discipline and behavior, and provide support to students who are struggling.
∎ Encourage student participation and critical thinking through class discussions and interactive activities.
∎ Plan and participate in extracurricular activities and cultural events that promote the study of the Arabic language and culture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Language proficiency: Showcase your fluency in Arabic, including any proficiency tests or certifications you have taken.
∎ Teaching experience: Highlight any prior experience you have had teaching Arabic to students of various ages and language levels.
∎ Cultural competency: Demonstrate your understanding of Arabic culture and history, as well as your ability to effectively incorporate it into your teaching.
∎ Flexibility and adaptability: Show your willingness to adjust to different teaching methods and your ability to adapt to the needs of different students.
∎ Technology proficiency: Mention your ability to use technology and educational software to enhance the learning experience for students.
∎ Positive references: Obtain positive references from previous students, colleagues, or supervisors that can attest to your teaching skills and abilities.
∎ Passion and enthusiasm: Demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for teaching the Arabic language, culture and your commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
∎ Fluency in both Arabic & English. (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Understanding)
∎ Sahih Quran Tilawat (Hafeza will be prioritized).
∎ Good computer Skills (MS Word, PPT, Excel).
∎ Ability to handle little kids.
∎ Committed to hardworking towards a mission by working in an environment that promotes creativity and developing self-skills.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
