Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work for improving employees’ speaking, writing and listening skills.
∎ To identify learning challenges, evaluate progress, and assessing knowledge by conducting a series of tests and activities.
∎ To work for developing employees’ English communication skills as part of aviation sectors’ routine communication.
∎ To work for developing employees’ knowledge of aviation-specific technical terminologies for internal communication, and that with foreign incoming traffic.
∎ Provide regular feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent proficiency in the English Language and grammar
∎ Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
∎ Presentable, confident, self-motivated, computer literate
∎ Ability to establish & maintain a good rapport with trainees
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with trainees of all age groups
