∎ Achieve individual and team goals for both qualitative (e.g., customer satisfaction) and quantitative metrics (e.g., sales targets).
∎ Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
∎ Perfectly handle USA Canada customer
∎ Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes
