The applicant should have expertise and experience in Service Sales of Generator products

• Achieve assigned targeted NSV for generator spare parts sales & GP as per ABP.

• Conduct regular customer visits to both existing and prospective clients to promote spare parts and service offerings.

• Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers with no overdue payments.

• Prepare and submit timely and accurate offer for spares, ensuring follow up until deal closure.

• Identify potential customers for spare parts, contribute to the growth of AMC (Annual Maintenance contract), build strong relationships and ensure repeat sales and AMC contract.

• Collaborate with service operations to ensure timely customer support as per commitment.

• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management for business strategy updates.

• This role is responsible to start & close activity of the sales & service loop effectively by owning and using the I-Care automation software.

• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding spare parts usage and product quality.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, offers, work orders and submit all bills as per QMS forms & procedures.

• Develop and maintain both existing and potential customers’ database.

• Maintain a strong brand image for Rahimafrooz ( RA) and foster customer confidence and loyalty.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager contributing to broader team and organizational objectives.
