Responsibilities & Context:
Context: PacENeT, a renowned Nationwide ISP is hiring some NOC/Support Engineer on emergency basis.
Responsibilities:
- OLT & Mikrotik configuration and troubleshoot.
- Hotspot/Radius billing support
- Various router & ONU configuration
- Knowledge on IPTSP will be considered as added advantage.
- Work under tremendous pressure.
- Over phone/On Site Client Support & follow-up.
- Reseller/Home user/ Corporate client handle capacity.
- Morning/Evening/Night by roster duty.
- Work with NTTN/IIG technical team.
- Frequent mail communication.
- Work on ticketing system/WhatsApp.
- Continuous network monitoring.
