Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a versatile Embroidery Designer who can also effectively manage production processes. Given that we currently operate with only two machines and have a limited design inventory, the ideal candidate must be capable of handling both creative design and production management seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and production-ready embroidery designs.
- Oversee production and sample creation to ensure alignment with design concepts.
- Manage production schedules, monitor workflows, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Solve design and production challenges with creative and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards and resolve issues.
- Maintain clear communication with senior management, preparing regular reports on design and production outcomes.
- Leverage data and insights to improve processes and optimize productivity.
