We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hospital electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted operation of critical equipment and compliance with healthcare safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor all electrical and mechanical systems including HVAC, generators, lifts, medical gas systems, and water supply systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of critical hospital equipment such as ICU support systems, OT equipment, and emergency power systems.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipment.

• Supervise technical staff and coordinate daily maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.

• Troubleshoot system failures and respond to emergency breakdowns promptly.

• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repair and installation works.

• Implement energy-saving and cost-efficient solutions.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

• Certification or training in hospital engineering systems will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare facility maintenance (preferred).

• Experience in handling generators, HVAC systems, medical equipment, and building systems.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of hospital safety standards and compliance.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.

• Good communication and team management skills.
