Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision: Leading and training electrical staff, allocating tasks, and motivating personnel to meet deadlines.
Compliance & Safety: Enforcing National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and safety standards (OSHA/safety protocols).
Project Planning: Reviewing blueprints, circuit diagrams, and specifications to estimate materials and labor.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Repairing, installing, and maintaining complex electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Administration: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, documenting work progress, and completing timesheets.
Coordination: Collaborating with project managers, construction teams, builders, and architects
