Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical, Mechanical or Textile Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical, Mechanical or Textile Technology
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training in Energy Audit is a big plus. ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO46001 and ISO45001, etc.,SAC enlisted Higg FEM verifier or trainer will get the advantage
∎ Skills Required: Annual Business Plan, Business Development, Data Analysis, Good communication skills, Presentation skill, Project Management, Report Writing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Consultancy, Electrical Engineering, Energy Consumption and analysis, Project concept development, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Project proposal writing, Sustainability, Waste Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, Textile
Job Context:
∎ In-depth knowledge in of Energy Efficiency and Energy Assessment, identify improvement opportunities, cost-benefit analysis
∎ Knowledge of advanced textile machinery
∎ Excellent knowledge of thermal and electrical equipment e.g., boiler, chiller, generator, pump, motor, blower, etc.
∎ Knowledge of sustainability
∎ Experience in project management and leading a team of professionals
∎ Experience in the textile sector is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as an expert in environmental sustainability
∎ Coordinate the overall project in sustainability development programs
∎ Coordinate the engineering team of Managers/Experts/Consultants, creating a centralized technical team to implement projects
∎ Work closely with other key stakeholders, such as the international brands, donor agencies, government bodies, and business associations
∎ Ensure the correct roll-out and adherence of the delivery across the network

∎ Proven ability to manage change and to lead and motivate towards shared objectives
∎ Proven ability to coach and train team members and factory level managers and supervisors

∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (highly developed presentation
∎ skills)
∎ Recognized negotiation and persuasion skills
