Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are a Cambridge English Exam centre. We deliver and manage distribution of the Linguaskill exam across Bangladesh. From the Chattogram office, we will manage delivery of Linguaskill exams across the Chattogram division.
∎ We deliver premium English language courses, exam preparation, and professional skills training to both individuals and organisations.. At the Chattogram office we will deliver these courses as we do in Dhaka.
∎ To provide end-to-end service to our higher education customers we also have a Study Abroad wing, which is a leading provider of Malaysia university admission. We also facilitate admission into a lot of universities in the UK, Australia and Canada.
∎ To drive sales, generate leads, and build lasting customer relationships by deeply understanding customer requirements, persuasively presenting products/services, and leveraging social and professional networks.
∎ To ensure seamless sales completion, deliver high-quality service, and foster excellent customer experiences by efficiently managing transactions and providing comprehensive post-enrollment support.
∎ To deliver high-quality and ethical student counselling services by acting as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of higher education systems (Malaysia, UK, Australia, Canada, wider Europe), admission and visa processes, and collecting and disseminating necessary information for student file processing based on instructions and guidelines from the Dhaka office.
