Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling clients proactively for their foreign education and migration processing, so that they can make an informed decision.
∎ The counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
∎ Confirm that all the information provided to the client is accurate and up to date.
∎ Preparing and checking all legal and non-legal documents.
∎ Guiding the students regarding their career decisions and helping them understand their potential and providing help to pursue their goals.
∎ Helping the students understand their skill sets and providing them with ways to utilize them.
∎ Providing information about the various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirements.
∎ Assisting the back-end to complete all relevant visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring that they are received within the time limit set by the respective government authority or agency
∎ To create and maintain an excellent personal relationships with clients and colleagues within the organization
∎ To cope with day to day and long-term business goals of the organization.
∎ Conduct Institutions information sessions, providing information regarding the course of study, financial aid guidelines, and other facets of the university for students, families, high school guidance counselors, and other specialty groups
∎ Advise potential students on education opportunities overseas.
∎ Apply to various universities/colleges overseas.
∎ Assist with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.
∎ Maintained accurate ledger and computer records of students counseled and applications sent to overseas institutions.
