Responsibilities & Context:
* Guide students in choosing suitable universities, courses, and career pathways (especially for Malaysia).
* Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, and visa processes.
* Assist students with application preparation, including documents, SOP, and form submission.
* Maintain regular communication with students and guardians to ensure smooth processing.
* Coordinate with partner universities and admission teams for offer letters and updates.
* Support students throughout the visa application process and pre-departure preparation.
* Handle student queries professionally via calls, messages, and in-person consultations.
* Maintain proper records of student files, applications, and follow-ups.
* Achieve monthly targets related to student enrollment and conversion.
* Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, events, and campaigns.
* Ensure high-quality service and maintain the company’s premium brand image.
