∎ Customer support
∎ Execute engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
∎ Stay updated on e-commerce trends and social media best practices to propose innovative ideas for improvement.
∎ Manage online product content, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
∎ Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
∎ Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Reply WhatsApp Massage And queries.
∎ Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients.
∎ Fluent speech capability with confidence & Perfect pronunciation in Bangla.
∎ Provide clients Support with accurate and detailed product information.
