E-Commerce Specialist (Full-Time) – Senavue

Do you enjoy managing online stores and making products look their best online?

At Senavue, we are a digital marketing agency that works with US-based clients in eCommerce and wellness. We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across multiple platforms, ensuring all listings are accurate, optimized, and performing well.

This is a remote position with working hours Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Bangladesh Time), aligned with US business hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on WooCommerce (WordPress) — including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO optimization

• Create, edit, and maintain listings on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Faire

• Review and resolve listing errors, suppressed or inactive listings, and upload feed issues

• File and manage appeals for suspended or deactivated listings following platform guidelines

• Create and manage coupons, promotions, and discounts across all sales channels

• Monitor product performance, stock levels, and overall account health

• Coordinate with the fulfillment and marketing teams to ensure consistent and accurate product information

• Be trained to oversee daily operations on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Faire, and TikTok Shop Seller Center

Requirements

• Experience working with WooCommerce (WordPress dashboard management)

• Strong understanding of listing creation, catalog structure, and backend operations

• Attention to detail and ability to identify and correct listing errors

• Basic understanding of SEO, product optimization, and digital merchandising

• Willingness to learn multiple marketplace dashboards and workflows

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Faire, or TikTok Shop

• Familiarity with flat file uploads, keyword optimization, and product compliance policies

• Experience creating or managing advertising campaigns and promotions

• Ability to handle multiple platforms and tasks efficiently
