∎ Adaptable in any situation, Analytical ability, Client Relationship Management, Excellent presentation and Strong communication skills, Good knowledge of the e-commerce sector, Basic knowledge in Excel, Word & MS office, Flexible and responsive to change (work under any environment from anywhere).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Moderating and maintaining company's social media pages.
∎ Monitor payment updates with delivery companies & online sales.
∎ Product data management, ensure that all product data is on the Website and Facebook page including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
∎ Maintain high-quality Motion videos and static Posts for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes
∎ Overall management of E-Commerce stock and involvement in the commercial plan for growth.
∎ Monitor competitor and web sales trends to ensure web and Facebook page offer and experience is in line with customer expectations Generate Basic Content and copywriting for products for online platforms.
∎ Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
