Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
∎ Minimum 2+ years of relevant and proven end to end implementation experience in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development is a
∎ Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within customer engagement including sales & marketing (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc), customer service etc.
∎ Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).
∎ Good understanding of integrating 3rd party solutions like SharePoint, Outlook etc.
∎ Experience in a delivery-orientated IT environment with deployment & go live in the cloud.
∎ Experience to handle data migration (Export/Import).
∎ Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM DB schema and Business Data Model including the customisation and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
∎ Good knowledge in business requirement analysis, solution design, development, system verification and deployment strategies.
∎ Experience in creation of demos, supporting pre-sales activities is an advantage.
∎ Business process mapping, fit gap analysis, work package estimation, work breakdown structure, modelling and documentation knowledge.
∎ Nice to be familiar with Workflow Tools and Ribbon Workbench
∎ Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certifications are preferable.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of .NET framework including extensive experience writing ASP.NET and C# code (not just limited to plugins/custom workflows) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Delivery of high-quality software solutions & services ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 standards and supported configuration/ customizations.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of customer projects meeting business requirements including documentation, solution design, performance, reliability, testing features etc.
∎ Ensure the usage of OOB features and provide technical design & develop/customize solution based on the identified gap.
∎ Work on the creation of Dynamics 365 solutions and industry templates.
∎ Proactively identify business / project / technical risks and provide suggestions to mitigate the risk and escalate to all related stakeholders.
∎ Daily basis project monitoring and reporting to all related stakeholders including customer side.
∎ Practicing development activities such as defining, solutioning and configuring industry specific requirements.
∎ Follow all the process and support for the mandatory trainings on time for the internal resources.
∎ Should have mindset to support additional activities assigned by the management.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship (technical/professional) to groom other team members.
