Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Marketing team.
∎ Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
∎ Generate marketing strategies.
∎ Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
∎ Negotiating with customers.
∎ Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
∎ Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
∎ Make proper planning for achieving monthly sales target form marketing team
∎ Managing the design and production of promotional materials,
∎ Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience of developing marketing strategies and plans
∎ Minimum 3 years Marketing experience as Sr. Executive/Ast. Manager
∎ Experience on industrial machineries marketing
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
∎ Leadership ability
∎ Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Energetic and highly motivated
∎ Positive & must have Can do attitude
∎ Proactive and a good team player.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to customers.
∎ Very good knowledge of social media
∎ Computer skills with Microsoft Excel

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Sales commissions on achieving sales target
