∎ Honors/ Masters from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate long/short term strategic and business plan in line with corporate goals.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and market share of our Company.
∎ Provide & furnish business trends by collecting, collating and analyzing relevant information in the real estate sector.
∎ Keep all time contacts with our outsourcing business firms engaged in promoting our products so as to get the job done sooner and better.
∎ Maintain relationships with media and utilize media environment in favour of the company to expand business.
∎ Drive the marketing & sales teams to develop appropriate promotional strategies and ensure effective implementation within given budgets.
∎ Plan & organize single duplex fair.
∎ Plan & organize participation of REHAB fairs local and abroad to expose our duplex houses very effectively to enhance sales.
∎ Generating ideas, preparing all the Design & Artwork contents and supervising design and production of regular stationary items i.e. all envelops, Brochure, leaflet, newspaper & magazine ad, diary, calendar, event contents and all outdoor ad matters such as billboard, mega sign, bell sign, neon sign etc.).
∎ Supervision of concept design and management of company website (regular content uploading, required modification of design).
∎ Planning, executing and preparing all required contents for social media marketing and communication including all digital marketing activities.
∎ Liaising with advertising agencies and all other relevant vendor/supplier.
∎ Any other assignment pertinent to his appointment and nature of job.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English; both spoken and written.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and must be able to multi-task and be flexible
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & other relevant programs etc.
∎ Should have a minimum speed of typing both in English & Bengali.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Creative , Brand Planning/ Development, Business development, Event/ Campaign Co-coordinator, Media Planning, Elite product branding & promoting.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Group of Companies, Public Relation Companies.
