Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• 1 to 2 years

• 1/2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Experience in telemedicine or digital health is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Medical Officers to join our telemedicine team, playing a vital role in providing accessible and high-quality healthcare to patients across Bangladesh. As a Telemedicine Doctor, you will leverage technology to deliver medical consultations, diagnose conditions, and provide treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive timely care from the comfort of their homes.

Duty Nature: 12 Hrs Shifting Duty (Morning, Evening and Night)

Responsibilities

• Patient Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations with patients, providing accurate medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Healthcare Management: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all consultations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care practices to promote better health outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Coordinate referrals to in-person care when necessary.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize the telemedicine platform efficiently, staying up-to-date with the latest digital tools and technologies to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Patient Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic communication and a patient-centered approach.
