∎ At least Graduate with relevant experiences preferable.

∎ Skills Required: Hard Working, Institutional Sales Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Dealer Management, Marketing and Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Furniture, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall follow up and monitoring capability under assign territory.
∎ Administer the sales person with accurate guidance for achieving sales and collections.
∎ To execute sales plans among all sales person to the downward level in territory.
∎ Should have proper knowledge regarding industry,competitors and promotional activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be capable of negotiating power to integrate sales
∎ Conversation skills must be well in Bangla and English.
∎ Hard working attitude for ensuring company's revenue by sales increase.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Range 45000-70000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company Policy
∎ Motorbike provide if necessary, Monthly incentive
