• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experienced Candidates specially in PVC products sales will be given preference.

• Ensure sales target as per business plan and ensure achievement accordingly on daily, weekly, monthly basis.

• Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.

• Ensure growth of dealers including facilitation of sales, credit management, stock rotations, and collection.

• Market survey by field visit & find out potential clients.

• Motivate sales team to get the work done & achieve the target.

• Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets and corporate goals.

• Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures.

• Handle claim products, resolve sales related issues by coordinating with supervisor.

• Handle claim products as per company policy.

• Establish practice of regular reporting to supervisor(s) in a concise and clear manner.

• Any other job as and when assigned by your competent authority.
