Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Sales Plan, Marketing Plan, Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and try to keep them satisfied.
∎ Capable to lead the team members, set-up strong Dealers' network all over the Bangladesh.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the sales Department.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends.
∎ Review and analyze sales performances.
∎ Performing additional duties and responsibilities assigned by Managing Director.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have motor-bike driving license.
∎ Experienced Candidates specially in PVC products sales will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Yearly target bonus will be given.
