Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Divisional primary & secondary sales target.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
∎ Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
∎ Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
∎ To analyze manpower needs and gaps with HRM department on manpower issues.
∎ Identify market gaps & take necessary action.
∎ Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
∎ Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
∎ Visit dealer point regularly.
∎ The Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) need to take the overall responsibility of Sales in the assigned Division. Only those candidates who have worked with food & beverage products are requested to apply.
