Job Context:
∎ Department: FAN Sales & Marketing
∎ Job Location: Should be prepared to work at any place in Bangladesh;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create new dealers / retailers;
∎ To manage proactive sales to ensure sales target and should be achieved within planned time frame;
∎ Forecast monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly sales revenue in regional level;
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with Dealers / Corporate Clients / Distributors / Retailers;
∎ To setup the regional/territorial marketing group for Dealers/Corporate Clients/ Distributors/ Retailers network throughout the country;
∎ Work closely with Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Officer to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
∎ Ensure coverage of product availability on every corner of assigned region through development of new distribution and manage existing distribution.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of report as required;
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance;
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) as designed by your reporting supervisor / management;
∎ Should be prepared to carry out other duties as assigned by the superior;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years job experience with reputed brand(s) at the same (FAN) industry and at the same position.
∎ Should be honest and hardworking.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;
