∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the overall Hire Sales and Collection activities of the concern Division;
∎ Achieving higher sales and collection target;
∎ Monitor and follow up activities of Regional Credit Manager (RCM) of concern Division;
∎ Ensuring plaza survey;
∎ Ensuring plaza installment fair;
∎ Ensuring physical verification of hire accounts;
∎ Taking steps to reduce over dues;
∎ Taking steps to reduce higher sales defaults;
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports on sales with a view to achieving set targets;
∎ Prepare and submit of monthly tour plan and tour observation report;
∎ Leadership and monitor all compliance matters in the Region/Area;
∎ Verify Plaza Register, Cash Book and documents related to Hire Sales;
∎ Take measures to reduce default accounts;
∎ Ensure paying percentage of Hire Accounts;
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the higher authority;

∎ Age at least 30 years
