Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tentative employment duration of this position is 12 months. The Divisional Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Project Director, ICVGD 2nd Phase project. She/he will closely work with the respective DD (districts) of DWA, UWAOs, Lead NGO staff, LEDCs, and other staffs of the Program Implementation Unit. Major responsibilities of the Divisional Livelihood Enterprise Development Coordinator position are as follows:

∎ Develop a solid understanding on the ICVGD 2nd phase project's objectives, principles, and approaches.
∎ Take lead and responsibility for successful implementation of tile ICVGD 2nd Phase project in all the upazilas of the assigned division. Maintain effective coordination with the concerned LEDCs of the upazilas, build their capacity, monitor their performance, and provide them with effective guidance.
∎ Remain in close contact with the Project Implementation Unit (PlU) of the ICVGD 2nd Phase project, disseminate the instructions from the PIU regarding project implementation among other stakeholders, and report back to PIU regarding any issue that threatens the successful implementation of the project.
∎ Maintain close communication with the respective Upazila Women Affairs Officers (UWAOs) and the Deputy Director's (DD) office at a strategic level to ensure that they are regularly updated about the project activities and their insights and feedbacks are reflected in every aspect of project implementation.
∎ Coordinate with the Lead NGOs of the project to organize the capacity building sessions and ensure that all required stakeholders attend these sessions. Take feedbacks, guidance, and support on technical level from the Lead NGOs regarding project implementation.
∎ Understand and be able to facilitate livelihood and market development approaches (value chain development, linkage with local service providers and market actors etc,) in a creative way. Provide support to the LEDCs for building their capacity in this regard.
∎ Compile the annual work plan for every upazila that has been endorsed by the respective UWAOs and submit it to the Project Director. Ensure that project activities are implemented in the upazilas as per the work plan through supportive monitoring.
∎ Assists the LEDCs to identify potential service providers, input/output market actors, project partners and develop strategies on how to establish linkage between them and the project beneficiaries to ensure sustainability of their livelihood.
∎ Identify staff's weaknesses in project implementation improvements.
∎ Encourage LEDCs to learn from mistakes and to come and provide necessary feedback and support for up with innovative ideas in order to improve the quality of project implementation.
∎ Ensure timely submission of reports and plans as per the reporting matrix of the project a from the PIU by all the LEDCs and provide necessary support to them if required.
∎ Undertake regular monitoring visits to project sites and collect and analyze output data to see if the project runs on track to achieve the intended outcomes. Submit field findings to the Project Director by using the approved template.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Good project management skills and good understanding of the project life cycle.
∎ Experience with development project management tools such as log frames, monitoring and evaluation tools and budgets,
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills, including report-writing in Bangla and English.
∎ Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS office.
∎ Ability to lead a team of professionals from different agencies.
∎ Ability to work under stressful conditions.
∎ ln-depth knowledge on livelihood, empowerment, MlS, M&E and development issues
∎ Excellent knowledge on monitoring, supervision, and understanding of capacity development.
∎ Strong training & facilitation skills, networking and linkage building skills, and advocacy skills.
