Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Master's degree preferably in any discipline of social science

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duration: 20 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to coordinate district level CMPCs
∎ Arrange and conduct orientation workshop, training with Child Marriage Prevention Committee representatives and other relevant stakeholders on CMRA 2017, GE, CP and roles & responsibilities at district level
∎ Maintain linkage with district Child Marriage Prevention Committee of three districts under Chattogram division.
∎ Join the monthly district level CMPC meeting and organize six-monthly and annual progress review meeting to end CEFM in the respective working areas.
∎ Make the district level CMPCs functional and motivate them make the sub-district and union level CMPC functional.
∎ Ensure that the project activities are implemented and executed and delivered timely to ensure the sustainability.
∎ Hold workshops with District Administration and all key stakeholders including UNOs, relevant line departments, CWBs and CMPCs to develop/strengthen district action plans to combat CEFM
∎ Maintain records on progress and provide inputs where necessary.
∎ Ensures that all the activities are implemented according to relevant plan, policies and procedures
∎ Arrange necessary resources for the project and utilise them efficiently for implementation in line with the budgets and value for money is ensured within the project.
∎ Prepare periodic activity and event report on project activities.
∎ Maintain effective communication, coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders at district level.
∎ Represents YPSA & Plan International at the local level network to promote YPSA & Plan's profile and scale-up of Plan's program at district level.
∎ Maintain all policies of YPSA including Child protection and Gender policy.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years job experience in the development field along with relevant position.
∎ Experience to facilitate training with different stakeholders
∎ Good working relationships with government and different actors
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)

Salary:
∎ Monthly Salary (approximate): 50,000/-
