Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): INGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all the project activities in his/her working districts
∎ Maintain good relationship with local health department specially Civil Surgeons and UH&FPOs.
∎ Attend/arrange different meeting at district & sub-district level and give feedback to central team for further improvement
∎ Collect all expenditure related documents of training, monitoring visit of government health officials and send to DCO on time.
∎ Assist government local health official for micro-planning
∎ Monitor that all materials, guidelines, handbook, health education materials are on place before arranging each training.
∎ Submit monitoring report to Training Manager end of each month
∎ Take lead role in assessing training impact at district and sub-district level
∎ Take lead role in ACSM activities
∎ Visit Upazila in a planned manner randomly, and maintain personnel contact with staff to encourage, monitor and provide suggestions to improve the quality of work.Negotiate with the authorities in local hospital, community leaders and NGOs to conduct our target programmes and provide physical support where required.
∎ As a dignified Lepra representative, attend or delegate attendance to relevant meetings held at Local District.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working in health related project. Especially Leprosy and LF. Also, experienced in working in any donor funded project in the area mentioned.
