∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experienced in Territory Sales or Sales of Industrial or B2B products or sales of LPG or gas sales;
∎ Experienced in using ERP Software (Dream App++);
∎ Skilled in using office applications, reporting, effective communication, proactive, excellent coordination abilities, self-driven and leadership abilities;
∎ Candidates having the above shall be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Liaise with the factory to ensure timely availability of products at the depot for sales.
∎ Maintain optimal stock/inventory levels; monitor sales, delivery schedules, and ensure timely transportation of materials to customer premises.
∎ Utilize information systems to coordinate and manage the order cycle efficiently.
∎ Analyze data from IT systems to assess performance, quality, and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs, and environmental considerations.
∎ Ensure implementation and compliance with health and safety procedures.
∎ Plan and manage vehicle routes to ensure secure and timely transportation.
∎ Handle administrative tasks related to depot management.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management
