Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in any renowned university. Subjects should be any one of the relevant sectors- film and media, journalism, graphics designing, fine arts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In making of documentary film; pre-production work, subject selection, information seeking and research analysis, script writing, content creation for the research topic.
∎ Illustration related work- cinematography, steel photography, sound recording, other production related work.
∎ After illustration work- video editing, visual graphics and animation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good language proficiency in both Bangla and English in case of writing and speaking
∎ Enthusiastic in national and international affairs
∎ Candidate should be expert in any of these- video editing, visual graphics and animation, cinematography, steel photography, sound recording, other production related work
∎ Due to research analysis of office projects, candidates have to go any place in the country. Going abroad for office project might be applicable, passport is required.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
∎ 6 months probational period, After 6 months, selection round will be taken in performance basis, passing the selection round Internees will qualify as permanent employee/ employees of the organization.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After passing probational period (6 months), salary-structure of permanent employee will be 12000-15000 tk. Festival bonus, profit bonus, gratuity, provident fund will be included for permanent employees.
