Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master's degree and relevant experience in broadcasting, communications, film, information technology and multimedia, graphics design, motion graphics, media studies, television or a related field's preferred. Highly experienced mentioned above sectors, Bachelor degree candidates can also apply.
∎ Skills Required: Activation Management,Copy writing/ Script Writing,Creative

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing high quality video for diverse audiences:
∎ External & Internal communications
∎ Business Development
∎ Social/digital marketing
∎ Environmental branding
∎ Training Module
∎ Documentary, Commercial, Film Editing
∎ Other needs
∎ Video Editor and Motion Graphics experience:
∎ Use multiple editing platforms and technologies.
∎ Editing and creating video content
∎ Determine the most effective and creative approach for visually communicating key messages based on Sales & Marketing and Brand strategy
∎ Communicate knowledge regarding standard video camera formats, media management, storage and delivery.
∎ Be responsible for the complete video pipeline from media ingest, transcoding and logging, selection of best shots
∎ Use modern editing techniques to create an audience-motivating piece;
∎ Finish with color correction, audio mixing and mastering.
∎ Create, enhance and/or animate motion graphics
∎ Design storyboards for animation sequences such as logo and type treatments, video effects and graphic treatments to produce videos and multi-media projects of high quality in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
∎ Utilize thorough knowledge of motion graphics in production.
∎ Continuously evaluate and refine various approach, technology and method of production.
∎ Technological requirements:
∎ Actively researches new technologies and stays current on industry advancements, including computer hardware, software and related equipment.
∎ Has a comprehensive understanding of pre-production through post-production process and a discriminating eye/ear for video/audio quality.
∎ Must possess the ability to both tell the story and operate the equipment, utilizing motion graphics as one of the tools to tell the story
∎ Must have expert knowledge of Grass Valley EDIUS editing platform as well as demonstrated ability to generate 2D and 3D motion graphics using After Effects and other various software packages including but not limited to:
∎ Adobe Creative Cloud
∎ Premiere Pro
∎ After Effects
∎ Illustrator
∎ Audition
∎ Photoshop, Cinema4D, 3dsMax (considered a plus)
∎ DaVinci Resolve
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years

∎ You're an experienced leader who has created extraordinary film and video work in documentary film making, advertising, social media, conceptual campaigns, product launches, branding, and communications.
∎ You have passion for inspiring others through your craft which you continuously develop.
∎ You're savvy working across a matrix of stakeholders and you excel using video in ways that are thoughtful, significant, inspiring and provocative.
∎ You love to tell stories, evoke emotion and communicate through your craft and are always finding ways to connect with your audience.
∎ Fluency in all aspects of modern digital work flows.
∎ Work with project partners and Creative Services team to ensure projects requirements (i.e. storyboard, script, design, technical specs, and budget) are being met.
∎ 3+ years relevant creative work experience.
∎ You are a positive force that elevates the work of the people around you.
∎ Excellent written,verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
∎ Your responsibilities will include some travel.
∎ Able to provide clear and timely direction and effective feedback across all mediums of video.
∎ You have a solid working knowledge of both static and animated CG workflows.
∎ Professional cinematography, editing, graphics or animation experience will count as an extra quality.
∎ Portfolio and video reel required.
