Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master's degree from a recognized university.
∎ No 3rd division/class at any level
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining relationship with corporate and various organizations regarding job placement and internship of students.
∎ Conducting Professional Life Skills Development Program
∎ Organizing Mock Interview and Presentation Test
∎ Organizing & Conducting Workshop, Seminar and grooming session for Career Development
∎ Organizing Seminar on Higher Study in Abroad
∎ Arranging talent Hunt or Recruitment Program
∎ Arranging MoU with industries and foreign Universities
∎ Involving recruitment process of US-Bangla group as per requirement
∎ Arranging Inter Department Quiz Competition
∎ Arranging Job Fair
∎ Publishing circular (Online/Offline) and maintaining communication with the candidates regularly.
∎ Conducting counselling session (career planning, CV preparation etc.) on regular basis.
∎ Managing social media network to ensure students interaction with Center for Career Development (CCD) and to publicize career opportunities.
∎ Publishing and maintaining employment success status and alumni database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years' experience in any reputed university/corporate house of which at least 05 years' experience as Deputy Director.
∎ Experience in Private University will be preferred
Salary: Negotiable
