Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master’s degree from a recognized University. No 3rd division/class at any level
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining relationships with various organizations regarding job placement and internship of students.
∎ Conducting Professional Life Skills Development program and arranging Mock Interviews
∎ Organizing different workshops, seminars, and grooming sessions on career development and studies abroad
∎ Arranging MoU with industries and local/foreign universities and organizing Job Fair as per the requirement of the university
∎ Ensuring support to the US-Bangla Group for various recruitment purposes
∎ Organizing Inter-Department Quiz Competitions in coordination with the departments of GUB
∎ Publishing circulars (Online/Offline) and maintaining communication with the applicants regularly
∎ Conducting counselling sessions for job seekers on a regular basis
∎ Managing social media networks to ensure students’ interaction with the Center for Career Development (CCD) and to publicize career opportunities
∎ Publishing employment success and managing the alumni database of the university.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in any reputed university / corporate house in which at least 5 years' experience as a Deputy Director.
Salary: Negotiable
