Job Context:
∎ Saic Group contributes their effort on a large scale in the education sector in whole Bangladesh. Almost One Thousand (Administrative + Academic) staffs are employed under SAIC Group. And about 15,000 Students continue their studies under Saic Group. The Director is responsible for organizing and overseeing the overall academic activity and daily operational and administrative activities of the College. He will responsible for manage staff and budgets, communicate between the departments and ensure classes are taking place smoothly. To ensure academic success of the students, the Director should be confident and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills that will contribute to the efficient functioning of the College.
∎ Now we are looking for Director/ Asst. Director for Anowara Nursing College & Anowara College of Medical Technology in Dinajpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct planning activities & put programs in place with staff to ensure achievement of vision mission, goals, and objectives of Organizational Strategic Development Plan.
∎ General Administration and overseeing the overall development of Nursing College.
∎ Implementing Policy/procedures and educating all staffs on organizational Service Rules.
∎ Provide overall oversight, leadership, and communication for the department’s academic programs by developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic plan and goals for academic program growth.
∎ Ensuring the nursing unit is compliant with Concern University and Nursing Council’s curriculum, syllabus, ordinance, rules, regulations and other applicable regulatory body’s requirements.
∎ Maintain discipline, investigates irregular policy violation and initiation appropriate disciplinary actions facilities welfare of the students and staff.
∎ Determines the number of position & scope & responsibility of each teaching & non-teaching staffs.
∎ Provides an organizational framework for effective staff functioning such as meeting of the staff etc. and act as a chairperson for various committees.
∎ Reporting to the Head Office time to time.
∎ Preparation of development proposal for Nursing College.
∎ Supervise to ensuring 100% clinical practice and placement in professional field through extensive networking and communication.
∎ Performing public relation duties and assist management Forming international linkages and developing network globally.
∎ Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 Years working Experience in academic section.
∎ Ability to work on tight schedule and must be able to meet the deadlines.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.
∎ Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and external stakeholders is essential.
∎ Initiative and problem-solving skills.
