∎ ACA/CA Advance Level, ACCA Affiliate/Member with BBA/B.Com & MBA/M.Com (Accounting)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership, direction and overall supervision of the firm's activities under a partner and development of firm's business development strategy;
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the firm, including reviewing works performed by staff and providing guidelines to improve their efficiency and effectiveness;
∎ Manage and mentor Sr. Managers and Managers including reviewing their performance, providing guidance, training, and support to help them develop their competence and improve their quality of work;
∎ Review and ensure the quality and standards of Auditor's Reports, Valuation Reports, Tax Planning and Other Reports prepared by staff;
∎ Communicate with prospective clients to acquire clients, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service to meet their needs and expectations;
∎ Attend exit meeting and follow-up meeting with clients as required;
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance to ensure the firm is well-positioned for success;
∎ Communicate with regulators and attend hearings to address queries including attending hearings to tax authorities, Financial Reporting Council and other authorities;
∎ Perform any other activities required by the Partner in service of the firm;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years' practical experience of working with CA Firm as senior manager or director;
∎ In depth knowledge in all areas of accounting, taxation and company affairs;
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill with ability to write reports independently.
