Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure error-free and timely updating of the in-house Cash/Bank book database, maintaining accurate records of digital payment transactions.
∎ Reconcile daily digital payment transactions with bank records and the cash/Bank book system to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
∎ Upload daily online/offline bank statements to the cash/Bank book database system and verify day closing balances for accuracy.
∎ Collect and process offline bank statements in a timely manner, updating the cashbook database to reflect the latest financial information.
∎ Provide timely assistance to cross-functional teams by addressing queries related to digital payments, offering insights, and facilitating the resolution of issues as needed.
∎ This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of digital payment operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of digital payment processing and reconciliation to uphold financial integrity and streamline operational workflows.Job Responsibilities:
