• Paid Ads / Campaign পরিচালনা ও Performance Optimization করা
• Audience Research ও Competitor Analysis করা
• Engagement, Reach, Leads ও Conversion বৃদ্ধির জন্য কার্যকর কৌশল প্রয়োগ করা
• Campaign Performance Report তৈরি ও বিশ্লেষণ করা
• নতুন Digital Marketing Trends ও Platform Updates সম্পর্কে আপডেট থাকা
Requirements:
• Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing বিষয়ে বাস্তব জ্ঞান
• Facebook Ads Manager ও Social Media Management সম্পর্কে ধারণা
• Creative Content ও Campaign Planning-এর দক্ষতা
• Analytics ও Performance Metrics বুঝতে সক্ষমতা
• ভালো Communication ও Teamwork Skills
• দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ এবং Result-Oriented মানসিকতা
